My lesson policies are designed to create clarity and consistency for students, parents, and teachers, ensuring every lesson runs smoothly and every student has the opportunity to succeed. By enrolling in lessons, you agree to follow the policies outlined below, which help maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect for everyone’s time and commitment.

Please note that this is a required form for all new students, as well as returning students for new programs or a new school year. You will receive a completed form for a copy of your records.
